LICENSING>>>Guidelines GUIDELINES ON APPLICATIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL MAJOR TELECOMS LICENCES/AUTHORISATIONS 1. A Letter of application addressed to the Executive Secretary, National Telecommunications Commission, 13 Regent Road, Hill Station, Freetown, stating the telecoms service you wish to operate and brief detail of your establishment or business concern. 2. An acknowledgement letter together with the application forms for major licences will be sent to the interested party within five days of receipt of the letter of application. 3 The completed forms together with the following profiles, studies, plans, reports which together constitutes the Business Plan should be sent to the Commission, addressed to the Executive Secretary. They include the following: COMPANY PROFILE4. Also indicate in the application forms all spectrum requirements 5. Any other information relevant to prove the viability of the project 6. All applicants are also required to submit a signed letter of commitment stipulating that they shall abide by all existing ITU regulations and the Telecommunications Laws of the country as well as other rules and regulations that may be issued by the Commission. Note: All Applications shall be accompanied by a copy of the receipt of payment of the applicable non-refundable processing fee.
